By enrolling in any program or using AMAN's services, students agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility for Enrollment

Enrollment in AMAN programs is subject to eligibility criteria defined by academic and professional standards, which may include: - Minimum academic qualifications - Relevant professional experience in accounting, finance, or management (where applicable) - Submission of valid identification and supporting documents - Completion of registration and admission procedures AMAN reserves the right to accept or reject any application based on eligibility assessment and verification results.


3. Nature of Services

AMAN provides: - Structured professional education programs - CMA Australia exam preparation pathways - Academic mentoring and executive training - Assessment, mock examinations, and performance evaluation - Student learning management system access

4. Student Responsibilities

Students enrolled in AMAN programs are expected to: - Provide accurate and complete personal and professional information - Maintain academic integrity in all assessments and examinations - Respect institutional rules, faculty instructions, and academic schedules - Ensure timely submission of required assignments and documentation - Maintain confidentiality of login credentials and student portal access Any misuse of academic systems or violation of institutional policies may result in suspension or termination of access.


5. Fees, Payments & Refund Policy

All program fees must be paid in accordance with the official fee structure communicated at the time of enrollment. - Fees once paid are generally **non-refundable**, except in cases explicitly approved by AMAN management - Installment arrangements, if applicable, must be honored strictly as per agreed schedules - Failure to complete payment obligations may result in suspension of academic access AMAN reserves the right to revise fee structures with prior notice.


6. Academic Integrity & Conduct

AMAN maintains strict academic integrity standards. Any of the following actions are prohibited: - Cheating or plagiarism in examinations or assignments - Unauthorized collaboration during assessments - Submission of false or misleading documents - Attempting to manipulate grading or evaluation systems Violations may result in disciplinary action, including disqualification from the program.


7. International Academic Collaboration

As part of its CMA Australia pathway delivery, AMAN may be required to share academic and professional records with international governing bodies, including ICMA Australia, for purposes such as: - Examination registration and verification - Result processing and grading validation - Certification issuance and membership approval All such transfers are conducted under strict confidentiality and secure data protection standards.


8. Intellectual Property

All learning materials, including but not limited to: - Study notes - Lecture content - Digital resources - Assessments and practice materials are the intellectual property of AMAN or its authorized partners. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.


9. Limitation of Liability

AMAN shall not be held liable for: - Indirect or consequential losses arising from program participation - External decisions made by certification bodies or employers - Technical interruptions in learning systems beyond reasonable control Students participate in programs at their own academic and professional discretion.


10. Termination of Access

AMAN reserves the right to suspend or terminate student access to programs without prior notice in cases of: - Violation of Terms and Conditions - Academic misconduct - Non-payment of fees - Misuse of institutional systems or resources


11. Amendments

AMAN may update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect academic, legal, or operational changes. Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.


12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Nepal, with consideration of relevant international academic compliance standards where applicable.
